In general there are a lot of mountains and valleys in Tak especially the west of province. They consist of 72.50% of the total areas. These mountain areas are the sources of the river which flow through Tak. Thanonthongchai, Luang and Phamuan mountains are main mountains
The total land can be categorize follow: mountains and forests 69.57% , framlands or croplands is 10.56 % and residence and others is 19.87%
