Pha Sam Ngao is a steep cliff which was ordered by Queen Chamthewi, daughter of The King of Lopburi, to be cut into 3 cells, each containg a golden buddha image.

               Bhumibol Dam is the first all purpose dam of Thailand. It was built from concrete in a huge curve shape cut across Mae ping river between Khao Kaew and Khao Yanhi. The dam produces the most electricity and hydro power in Thailand and Southeast Asia and is ranked the 8th of the world.

               Bhumibol Golf Course is situated amid the beautiful scenery of mountain areas. The Condition of this golf course is challenging, with 18 holes 6,065 yards and 71 par. The Green fee is 300 baht and caddy costs 160 baht.

               Golf Driving Range is located inside the Tak Provincial Army Camp and the 4th Infantry troops. It opens everyday during 09.00-21.00 hrs. for those who love golfing And amteurs who want to improve their skills.

               Trekking for Nature Study The Authority of Bhumibol Dam organizes a nature-study Trekking along Mae Ping River, up the Bhumibol dam reservoir, in Mae Tuen National Park. Along the trekking trail shows the diversity of Hill Evergreen Forest in mountainous areas, forest rehabilitation, Drydipterocarp Forest, variety of rocky mountains, creeks and waterfalls. Trekking provides an opportunity to tourists to be close to nature and, therefore, having greater awareness in environment protection and preservation as well as promoting ecotourism.                Doi Soi Malai is located in the Mae Tuen Wildlife Sanctuary and is 1,600 metres above the sea level. Its main attraction is its salamander, a rare and ancient creature, similar to lizard with pinkish colour. Doi Soi Malai is an Alpine forest with a look-out point to appreciate the beautiful morning mist. Tourists may camp overnight around the wildlife sanctuary.
